Eligibility to Register and Use 788ph

To open and maintain a 788ph account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

You are at least 21 years of age. 788ph does not accept registrations from anyone below this age, and the platform takes no responsibility for minors who misrepresent their age to gain access.
You are physically located in a jurisdiction where access to the 788ph platform is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
You are registering on your own behalf and for your own use. Opening an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 788ph, its affiliates, or any of its platform or software providers.
You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 788ph platform or been notified that you are ineligible to register.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

788ph reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point. Providing false information about your age, identity, or location is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances arising from activity conducted under false pretences.

If your eligibility status changes after you register — for example, if you relocate to a jurisdiction where the platform is restricted — it is your responsibility to stop using the 788ph platform and notify support at support@788ph.net.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may hold only one 788ph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or any combination of personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 788ph will close the additional accounts and may suspend the original account pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and contact number. 788ph may require supporting documentation to verify this information before allowing deposits, withdrawals, or full access to the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 788ph login credentials. This includes:

Using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service
Never sharing your username, password, or one-time passcode with any other person
Logging out of your account on shared or public devices
Reporting any suspected unauthorised access to support@788ph.net immediately

788ph will never contact you asking for your password or full payment card details. Any communication that does so is not from 788ph and should be reported. The platform bears no liability for losses resulting from a member's failure to protect their own login information.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access your 788ph account, even temporarily — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not accepted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 788ph reserves the right to return the funds and restrict further deposits pending clarification.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit within your 788ph account. These minimums may vary by payment method. Always confirm the amount on screen before submitting a transaction and retain your payment reference for your own records.

788ph does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check your provider's fee schedule before depositing.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the verification status of your 788ph account. Where your account has not been fully verified, 788ph may require identity documents before releasing funds.

Standard processing times apply from the moment your withdrawal request is submitted and approved:

E-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph): typically processed within 24 hours on business days
Bank transfers via InstaPay: subject to InstaPay network processing, generally same business day
Bank transfers via PESONet: processed in the next available PESONet clearing window, which may take up to one business day
Card withdrawals: processing times depend on your issuing bank, typically three to five business days

Do not submit the same withdrawal request multiple times. Check your 788ph transaction history before following up. Duplicate requests may delay processing. If your withdrawal has not been received within the expected timeframe, contact support@788ph.net with your transaction reference number.

788ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML (anti-money laundering) measure. Members are expected to cooperate with any verification requests within the timeframe specified by support.

Never send funds to a personal account or phone number claiming to represent 788ph withdrawals. All legitimate withdrawal payments from 788ph go directly to your registered payment account through the platform process.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

788ph may offer bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible members from time to time. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free play credits, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

The following general conditions apply to all 788ph bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms:

Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash

Attempting to abuse the 788ph bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other members to exploit a promotion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and may result in account closure.

788ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any active promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying activity completed before the cancellation date will be recognised according to the original promotion terms.

Gameplay Rules and Platform Conduct

Each game available on the 788ph platform — including Live Casino games, Sabong, Pusoy, Jackpot Slots, and sports and NBA betting markets — has its own specific rules that are displayed within the game or betting interface. Members are expected to review those rules before placing any bet or wager.

General gameplay conditions that apply across the 788ph platform include:

All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, the affected round or wager may be voided at 788ph's discretion. Voided bets are returned to the member's account balance.
Live Casino game results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and equipment at the studio. 788ph does not and cannot influence live dealer results.
Sabong results are determined by the outcome of the physical match at the venue. 788ph displays results as received from the event operator and is not responsible for disputes arising at the venue level.
Sports and NBA betting results are settled based on the final official result of the event as recognised by the relevant governing body. 788ph's settlement decision on disputed results is final.

Members who experience a technical issue during a game session should note the time, game name, and any reference numbers displayed on screen, and report the issue to support@788ph.net promptly. Claims submitted more than 14 days after the session in question may not be assessed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 788ph platform. Members found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where the conduct involves potential criminal activity:

Opening or operating more than one 788ph account
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process
Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or misrepresenting your age
Allowing any other person to use your 788ph account, regardless of your relationship to that person
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an advantage in any game
Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes in any format, including Live Casino games and Sabong
Using funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the 788ph platform for money laundering purposes
Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by the platform design
Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward 788ph staff or other members
Attempting to reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction through your bank or payment provider after receiving the service paid for (chargeback fraud)

788ph uses monitoring systems to detect irregular account activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the platform may freeze the account and its associated balance while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of that investigation is communicated to the member by email.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Account Suspension, Closure, and Self-Exclusion

788ph may suspend or close a member account in the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
Failure to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe
Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity
Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider
Identification of a self-excluded member attempting to access the platform
A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account is frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the member's favour, the account is reinstated and the balance is restored. Where a breach is confirmed, balances arising from prohibited activity are forfeited.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@788ph.net. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of a voluntary closure request — net of any bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements — will be returned to the member's registered payment method following the standard withdrawal verification process.

Self-exclusion requests are treated as permanent unless the member has specifically requested a time-limited cooling-off period. Members who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register will have the new account closed and any deposits returned.

Limitation of Liability

788ph provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While the platform makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside the platform's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788ph's liability to any member is limited to the real-money balance held in that member's account at the time a claim arises. 788ph is not liable for:

Losses arising from a member's own gambling decisions, including betting outcomes
Losses arising from a member's failure to secure their own account credentials
Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind
Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, including payment providers, internet service providers, or mobile network operators
Losses arising from a member's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes 788ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms and Conditions

788ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect member rights or obligations, 788ph will provide advance notice by email to registered members where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the 788ph platform after the revised Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to an updated version of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

It is the member's responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last reviewed and updated.
